Banana Cream Pie

This recipe is so easy to make.  It only requires you to have two frozen bananas that are chopped into halves or quarters and a cup of coconut milk. First, pour the coconut milk into Ninja Blender. Next, put the halved or quartered frozen bananas into it. Add some sugar. Now blend the contents on medium-high settings until a soft consistency is gained. Keep the mixture into the freezer for approximately 4 hours to get a hard cream.

This recipe requires 1 tablespoon of grated lemon peel, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 package of frozen thawed strawberries, a can of whipped cream and 2/3 of a cup of condensed and sweetened coconut milk. Turn the speed low and slowly remove the cover of blender. Add condensed milk into this mixture by a regular stream. Finally, take the strawberry mixture off by folding it on the whipped cream. Keep the mixture in the freezer for approximately 4 hours to get a hard cream.

Low-calorie Version

This recipe uses 1/3 cup of nonfat dry milk, 1/3 cup of water, 2 packs of artificial sweetener, 12 frozen strawberries, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.
